Employee Spotlight: Rosemary Torress-Hall
Congratulations to Rosemary Torress-Hall on being a valued CL&A employee. You are an outstanding member of our team, and we couldn’t do it without you! We are honored to highlight you in this month’s employee spotlight.

Tell us a little about yourself.
I am extremely challenged with transition into the “Civilian Life”. This world is a monster, just saying. Learning to sugar coat and keeping harmony for Carlos Lopez & Associates vs “barking orders” to get things accomplished.

What is your role at CL&A?
Human Resources Generalist.

What would people never guess you do in your role?
Dance and laugh to get me through the day.

What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
Mainly helping employees and a being successful at the end of the day.

How did you first learn about CL&A?
The evening new and Bagley Mountain Gossip “There is a New Business in town and they are from Texas”.

What do you like most about CL&A?
Staying busy, never a dull moment.

Before working here, what was the most unusual or interesting job you've ever had?
Working for the Federal Government, helping the Soldiers, their families and the higher echelons.

What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I enjoy nature walks, riding my bike and taking pictures.

What is one thing you couldn’t live without?
Three things I could not live without is My Family, Music and God.

What is your hidden talent?
Bake good cakes and good sense of humor according to Susan Jipson.

What is your biggest pet peeve?
Procrastination and Disorganization.

What is your favorite movie and book?
Serendipity and A Good Mystery Book.
